How do I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?
Lost packages
At Freedom Research, we’re all about ensuring your order gets to you safe and sound. But if your package decides to take a detour, don’t worry – we’re here to help! If it looks like your order is lost in transit, just reach out to our friendly customer support team at +1 (888) 306-1478 or shoot us an email at [email protected] with your order number and any details you have.
If your package has been marked as “Lost in Transit” for 10 days, we’ll happily send out a replacement – on us! Please note, we do have to wait for that 10-day window per the carrier’s rules before we can reship.
We ship all orders on time, but sometimes the unexpected happens. Thanks for your patience, and rest assured, we’re here to make things right!
Damaged packages
We know how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged package, and we’re here to make it right!
